Our 2nd Annual Pride Festival is happening on June 6th, and we’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help us create an unforgettable celebration of Pride, community, and inclusion! Plus free pride festival swag!

It takes a village to make Pride happen and we’d love for you to be part of it.

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities

Night Before (Set-Up Crew):

• Event setup (tents, tables, signage)

• Decorating

• Vendor check-in prep

• Stage & equipment assistance

Day of Event:

• Welcome / Meet & Greet Team

• Information Booth Support

• Donation Collection Team

• Photographers / Videographers

• Vendor Support Liaison

• Parking Attendants

• Crowd Support & Wayfinding

• Stage Assistants

• Performer Hospitality

• Kids/Family Area Helpers 

• Accessibility Support Team

• Floaters (general event support as needed)

End of Day & Following Day:

• Breakdown & Cleanup Crew

• Equipment & Supply Organization

• Trash & Recycling Team

• Final Walk-Through Crew

📅 Volunteer Meetings:

• A virtual meeting at the end of April (date TBD)

• An in-person meeting at the end of May (location & date TBD)

These meetings will cover roles, expectations, schedules, and important event details.
